Payment Terms and User Responsibilities

- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
- Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Online Delivery
The published report shall be delivered to you by email within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
Physical Delivery
A printed copy of the published report shall be sent by courier to your address within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
Client Customization
We offer customization options for market reports to suit your specific needs. The time required for this customization will be assessed by our analysts based on the expected complexity, deadlines, and unique aspects of your request.
Cancellation and Refund
Due to the confidential nature of our market research reports, cancellations are not permitted once payment has been completed.
Refunds are only available in cases of multiple payments and will be processed promptly.
If you have concerns about the quality of a report, we will address them as soon as possible.
The price and currency displayed at checkout will match those on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to your card will be shown in your card's currency.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of your credit card.
