IDS unique approach towards quality check actions
Purpose
The IDS Quality Policy specifies the Quality Checking policy for use and execution by teams working on different projects connected to data capture, conversion, and any other such projects that ITvia Data Solutions may take on in the future. The motive of this page is to highlight the principles for quality checking and does not specify the specific kind of quality checking processes that must be followed for individual projects.
Based on the guiding principles outlined below, project-specific quality checking processes must be created and authorized. The policy will serve as a set of recommendations for teams to create and implement different quality checking procedures for all projects done by IDS, except those that are part of the company’s non-core operations.

There is presently no reference to any other policy or reference material in this policy. As a result, future revisions of this policy may include references to it. The company’s Operations Head is the policy’s issuing authority, and he or she has the ability to authorize or deny any revisions, alterations, omissions, and/or additions in this policy document. The obligation for adhering to the spirit of this policy shall fall to any person or authority considered appropriate by the Management Team. In the current environment, Head-Operations has such authority.
Exception
Because the foundation of our company is focused on quality, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
